The Kolbe Y Index helps young people identify their natural striving instincts - and provides advice on how to best use those strengths - to achieve success simply by being themselves.

Instructions

Please make two choices for endings of each of the following sentences.

  1. Click in the MOST circle, next to the ending that would fit you most of the time.
  2. Click in the LEAST circle, next to each sentence that describes what you would do least often.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Answer with what comes to your mind first, without asking others' opinions or thinking about what they would tell you to do.
